************************************************************************

VENI, Sanctificator omnipotens aeterne Deus: et bene dic hoc sacrificium tuo sancto nomini praeparatum.

COME, O sanctifier, Almighty and Eternal God, and bless this sacrifice prepared for the glory of Your holy name.

AMEN

"FREE FROM FALLEN"

"FREE FROM FALLEN"

May all be free from fallen

Listen & hear your callin'

They stole my bible, Oh Lord

Maybe they won't want a sword

To Heaven help them come on in

For they only committed a sin

May all be free from fallen

Listen & hear your callin'

For them, I will pray

They are some of your stray

Gather them I know you will

Forgiving of their steal

May all be free from fallen

Listen & hear your callin'

Maybe they'll open the book

And do more than take a look

I know they're in need more than I

For you dear Lord, we all do cry

May all be free from fallen

Listen & hear your callin'

Hopefully, it will be like a hook

And no more will they crook

Praise Jesus, all of mankind

Son of God, for even the blind

May all be free from fallen

Listen & hear your callin'

My inspiration for this poem came from three things -

  1. From reading the lyrics she had written over the course of her life in - Loretta Lynn's book "Honky Tonk Girl" My LIfe In Lyrics.

  2. From my interactions, visits, visions, and signs with God, Jesus, The Holy Spirit, and Heaven.

  3. From Paula Faris, & her book called "Called Out", my apologies for I had not listed her and she to was an inspiration to me, truly, as her words have been helping me understand my heart & what paths I want to take, going forward with my life.

I want to thank God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, Paula Faris, and Loretta Lynn, for the inspiration, and encouragement along the way. I am really proud of this one.

This poem was/is about thieves, I realize after first publishing, that people may have been thinking I was referring to "those terrorists" but I was not and am not, so I changed that one line in this poem, from "Maybe they want to put down their sword" to "Maybe they won't want a sword", to eliminate any confusion or misunderstandings. I changed this line on about the 20th of November2021 on allpoetry.com site & got interrupted and forgot and didn't realize I hadn't changed it on this site as well, So my apologies for that, I have now changed this one line on this site as well, this 20th day of December in the year of 2021.

I wish all…
